Problem with the eXchange import

Hello Everyone,

I am facing a problem with eXchange import module. Please find the below detail of the problem.

We are trying to import the data to an existing module in DOORS using the eXchange tool.

We are able to import the the module successfully, but some objects are not getting updated as in the imported file. The data is not getting updated.

We have checked all the access for the user and seems to be fine only.

Can anyone please help us to resolve the problem?
